Review of my two visits to this studio chain I've had two experiences with this studio chain – one in Herford and one in Paderborn. I was very satisfied with my first visit in Herford. The employee, Julia, did an excellent job. I left with a very positive feeling, as I had the impression that the staff there worked conscientiously and professionally – unlike many other similar establishments where you sometimes feel more like you're being processed. Precisely because of this positive experience and the good reviews, I assumed that the quality of service was consistently high in all branches, regardless of location. Therefore, I decided to visit the Paderborn branch for a change and booked an appointment with an employee named Sofia. Unfortunately, I was significantly disappointed this time. On the positive side, I would like to emphasize that the studio's standards regarding cleanliness and ambiance were maintained there as well. Everything was well-kept, tidy, and visually appealing. However, as far as the actual service was concerned, my experience was completely different from the one in Herford. Compared to Julia, Sofia gave me the impression that her focus was more on ending the appointment as quickly as possible, rather than addressing my needs. No questions were asked about my preferences or expectations. I was simply asked to lie down, and the procedure began immediately, without any prior consultation or time to relax. This felt very abrupt, and I didn't have enough time to feel comfortable. I also felt that the process was being rushed. In the end, the service, at €90, did not meet the quality standards I've come to expect from Herford – nor the value for money one would expect from comparable establishments. For this reason, my second visit was unfortunately disappointing. My constructive suggestion to management would be to place more emphasis on internal training – specifically, on ensuring that staff actively inquire about customers' needs and focus on customer satisfaction rather than rushing through appointments. Service depends heavily on the individual: I've had five visits, but not all were recorded as a regular customer because I didn't mention it every time. Today, I was seen in 15 minutes because the lady had another appointment. So, in conclusion, if you're collecting regular customer points, mention it every time, and if you only get 30 minutes because the lady is busy, ask for a massage at the end.

Great Location. Nice and tidy rooms with Kingsize beds and big mirrors on the walls. Everyone does their best to keep your Identity secret. Big Thank you to Sofia Diamond and her great service. She is a lovely woman with a lot of passion and dedication.

Great location. Clean, discreet, and excellent customer service. The best part: when you call, the madam doesn't answer with a silly "Hello" but rather with a proper "Studio Royal, good afternoon." This way, you know you haven't dialed the wrong number and also get the sense that you're not speaking to the lady you're looking for personally. The madam then schedules the appointments. Likeliness to return: 70% due to the long journey. Recommendation: 101% for anyone living closer to Paderborn.
