It's infuriating and outrageous that they close at 6:49 PM!!!! For the past two days, I've arrived after work at exactly 6:49 PM and they're already closed!!!

The selection is incredibly extensive, and the service was courteous, friendly, and very competent. A big thank you to the lovely saleswoman. I'll be back soon and will gladly return.

A very friendly and knowledgeable lady at Burgau Park. She helped me a lot in finding the right product for me. She will be my first port of call in the future when it comes to erotic products.

Excellent service! It was my first time in a shop like this, and I was quite unsure at first. I wanted to give my wife something special for her birthday, something with a touch of eroticism. I was thinking of some beautiful lingerie, but I wasn't really sure what would suit her best. When I saw the wide selection in the very tidy and clean shop, I almost left because I suddenly felt uncertain. The attentive saleswoman, who also had a very pleasant appearance, immediately sensed my uncertainty and offered her help. Her relaxed yet competent manner instantly put me at ease. She took the time to determine what I needed, and what can I say? My wife now has some beautiful lingerie that she was absolutely delighted with. Gift successful! I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank the lovely saleswoman! I think I probably would have picked the wrong thing on my own. Next time, I'll know a bit more! Keep up the good work... this is how shopping should be! "Andre M."
