I was a little shy. But it was cool. It turned out well. Friendly atmosphere towards foreigners. I enjoyed my vacation in Wroclaw 100%. Good shopping, I would like to come again.

The store has a large selection, although many of the products are rather tacky – a matter of taste. The service was usually friendly, but our experience with the complaint was very disappointing. We bought a vibrator for around 200 PLN that turned out to be faulty. We filed a complaint and received no further information for over two weeks. We visited the store three times – once they apologized and gave us a sample of the gel, but twice they ignored us and treated us coldly. Finally, after almost a month, they refunded our money instead of repairing the device we were waiting for. The entire process was tedious and unprofessional. After all this, we're afraid to shop there again – if the new product is also faulty, we have no guarantee we'll be taken seriously.
