The seller was kind and polite, but the company refused to exchange a defective, unused product (as they themselves found out, purchased two days before, which did not work at all.
They sent it under warranty "to investigate further".
Request a sample upon purchase, they do not offer to do it!

Had no bad experience.
A pleasant experience, there are two friendly employees here and they offer information or try to help the customer about the product. I couldn't decide between two vibrators but she told me about the differences between them and I was able to make a sure opinion about which one to get.
Unfortunately there are not as many products as on the website, but alternatives can be found or special order can be made at the warehouse.
A good store!
