Nice place, friendly staff. Unfortunately, a lot of (straight) older customers! Due to the high entrance fee, there are few to no young gay visitors (youth under 27 get half price). This would be a huge help in attracting more young people... (which, commercially speaking, usually attracts many older gay men as well)! They seem to be catering mainly to a straight crowd... couples even get in free! While a (gay) student has to pay the full €16!

Visiting an erotica shop for the first time as a couple. We were greeted nicely at the entrance and they have a nice assortment. However, as soon as I took out my mobile phone to check if a product was available online, I received a snap from the employee present asking if I would rather not compare prices in his store. In short, I did not feel comfortable or welcome in the shop. Surely it is perfectly normal to compare prices at other price points in a store! Note regarding the owner's response: Your comment was not exactly perceived as friendly. You asked "whether I was comparing prices" and when I confirmed this, you stated that "I should definitely know that prices in stores are always more expensive." This is not always the case, and I should have the freedom to check this without being judged for it.
