Here it's "freedom" and "living the dream" — as long as you're spinning on a pole and not, you know, running for office. Bathrooms were surprisingly sticky. Drinks were cold. And nothing says “girl power” like a neon sign that reads “No touching without permission.” A tiny, glitter-covered island of consent in a very confusing sea. Would recommend if you’re looking to reflect on societal double standards and watch someone do acrobatics to Motley Crüe.

This used to be quite the place back in the day. When I was in college I would come in for the live shows every weekend. You could rent a private booth for $6 or sit in the theatre for $5. Now it’s gone forever.
