Everyone here is so nice, Kade was super helpful finding a size that fits me!

My wife and I wandered in the store tonight with a question about a specific company’s warranty. Amanda and her staff were SO amazing and helpful. Genuinely had an answer for all of our questions. They helped with suggestions and product questions and I haven’t ever left an adult store feeling so confident and comfortable. We WILL be back to see the team that was working around 7:30pm on 6.13.26!!!!

When I went to this store, I was EXTREMELY hesitant! I sat in my car for like 10-20 minutes because I was scared to go in! My lack of knowledge and inexperience in all things related to “adult fun” made me think I wouldn’t be welcomed! God was I wrong! I forced myself out of the car and walked in to start browsing! Within 5 minutes I was greeted by 2 lovely and knowledgeable ladies, Kade and Kylie! I have no idea what they are being paid but it isn’t enough! They were so kind and full of all kinds of knowledge and suggestions! They helped me without being too pushy or trying to sell me anything! They understood EXACTLY what I was looking for and gave me all kinds of fun and exciting ideas! I cannot recommend this store enough, nor can I give enough praise to these lovely and kindhearted ladies! Kade and Kylie, thank you so much!!!!!! And Fascinations, THANK YOU so much for hiring these two! You two made my Valentine’s Day!!!!!! ❤️

This is an excellent store! They have a huge variety of products and carry plus size lingerie. Gotta love that. Their markdown section is full of great finds, too. And the staff is absolutely among the best out there. So kind and knowledgeable and really genuinely helpful. 10/10 will go again.
