After years of being a customer, I can confidently say that I will not be returning. The experience I had with one of the new security guards was extremely disappointing (tall African American with braids) In the past, the security staff always treated guests with professionalism and respect, which was one of the reasons I continued coming back. Unfortunately, this particular guard was rude, dismissive, and lacked basic customer service skills. The way he spoke to patrons was inappropriate and reflected poorly on the establishment. Management should seriously consider providing additional customer service training to ensure all staff members treat customers with courtesy and respect. One negative interaction can have a significant impact on a business's reputation, and experiences like this will likely drive away long-time customers such as myself.

I was there on 3/27. The place was a great experience. I didn’t have any issues with getting my drinks from the bartenders. Gorgeous bartenders. Also, the ladies that were working as strippers were super gorgeous. I didn’t have a bad experience at all. I lost my wallet as it fell out in the parking lot as I was getting into my uber. I called the next day and spoke with the manager. Seemed like a nice guy. He said that he had my wallet in the office. He confirmed that it was mine. He left it at the door for me to come and grab it. No issues. So all in all! Nothing to complain about. Just goes to show you that you can’t rely on reviews. I read some not so good ones before I went. I went to see for myself and had no issues. I will def be going back. Nothing but great service. Thank you!

The venue has an attractive concept, a strong atmosphere, and genuine potential to stand out within its category. Precisely for that reason, it is concerning when the overall experience is compromised by clear service failures. During my last visits with wife, Mega the bartender, repeatedly ignored my attempts to order a drink. There was no eye contact, no acknowledgment, not even the minimal professional courtesy of “I’ll be with you shortly.” In the hospitality industry, that basic level of attentiveness is not optional it is foundational. Hospitality does not operate on personal preferences or selective engagement. It operates on consistency, presence, and professionalism. When a guest is deliberately overlooked, the message received is unmistakable: you are not welcome. This type of behavior does not simply affect one interaction; it undermines the reputation of the establishment as a whole. A single team member has the capacity to negatively impact a venue that otherwise has the qualities to excel. A strong concept loses value when the standard of service fails to match it. In hospitality, execution will always outweigh intention.

They have changed the rules from today . It’s really disappointing. They are not allowing everyone to dance for a private room . It’s really disgusting. They are telling us to dance on the floor itself . I wanted to send a message to the owner of this club . Everyone are here for tha rooms for a dance . You should understand everyone. We shall skip this and go to some other clubs . Don’t loose your name and fame
