One employee seemed to get emotional and kicked me out for browsing items while on the phone with my partner. Tried to explain that I was just a customer browsing, and had only been browsing for 10 minutes, but she/they/he said they would refuse me service if I didn’t pick an item immediately. Very strange and awkward experience. As a fairly regular customer, I don’t feel comfortable returning knowing that employee may be there.

Visited with the wife 2 different years. Both times we were told we look too poor to shop there and to not touch anything because it was “very expensive”. Go somewhere else. They only want to sell to their friends for discounts and tax purposes.

Mikayla was so awesome! She’s literally helpful and humorous! Great customer service skills for sure!! Go see her!!

Michaela was very blah! When I go to Tokyo Valentino, I usually get more help. I had questions about certain products and she was unwilling to give me the proper explanation. She said that everything in the store as far as in that section is the same thing. All the enhancers are the same. Nothing makes a difference, and I am very disappointed in me and my husband‘s experience at this store. It was my birthday. We wanna try something new and she was no help whatsoever. We felt like we were being kind of rushed to get out of the store so it could be empty again or something. I was not liking the store clerks Michaela’s vibe. Her name is Makayla by the way. I’m never going back to this location again

This was me and my husband’s very first time coming in last night. We thought it would be spontaneous to see what they have. When we got in there, the lady that was working last night her energy was very blah. She had no intentions on helping us. When we asked questions Either she didn’t know or her energy was very dead. It was weird. For a store like this, I would think that the person that works there would be more energetic. She had judgmental energy, and that didn’t make us feel comfortable or wanted. When we told her it was our first time she didn’t even say anything she looked upset, mad, and annoyed. What a horrible experience for the first time at this establishment. Every store that I’ve been that is similar to this one always had energetic people working there. Because of her energy, we quickly left and didn’t buy anything. This is so sad. Now, looking at your reviews, many people have complained about that. Maybe, not that specific girl, but definitely horrible customer service and not feeling comfortable at this store. I advise that you hire people that actually wants to be there and makes the experience fun. I promise people would be willing to buy more. In this world that we live in it’s nice to be in a place where we feel like we are wanted in people are happy to be there.
