The lady at the reception tonight is probably worse than anyone else on earth. I don't remember when I last spoke to such an unfriendly and unprofessional individual ever. I rang to enquire about a lady by the name Banoo who is shown on the roster. She started rudely talking about her that she is no longer in the parlour as it didn't work after she had done one shift. Banoo probably troubled her, but what did I do by enquiring about her? As this ruddest reception said that she removed her from the website, so she must not be there. As I heard and agreed with her, I just wanted to help her by saying that Banoo is still there on the roster for tomorrow despite me refreshing the page and even changing the brower. Actually, my intention was to help her, but she started shouting at and scolding me and hung up. Instead of thanking me, she just insulted me. This can clearly indicate why Banoo probably left. How can someone like me enjoy the time there when such an arrogant and unprofessional lady manages the centre?

Its a place with a lot of potential. The ladies are a hit or miss so I guess its the luck of the draw. I understand it is also a matter of connecting but some of them are downright unprofessional; checking phones regularly, this is quite off putting as you can imagine. The rooms are a bit dated and they have never changed sheets in my numerous visits to the establishment. They always use a white throw for the booking duration and just wash that after; on my most recent visit the bath was still filled up from the previous booking my chaperone didn't seem to care at all. I hope this feedback helps improve certain key issues. Perhaps my next visit will be memorable. Best wishes, your concerned patron
