My partner and I were looking for our first toy. The sales assistant was very helpful. She explained in detail the products that might suit us and helped us choose the best one for beginners, so to speak.

I placed an order to Vitebsk in advance of February 14th. I went to the post office, but the package was missing. I contacted customer support, and they said the package hadn't been sent. They allegedly couldn't contact me to confirm the order, even though I personally called and confirmed it.
The result: a ruined holiday mood; the whole surprise went down the drain.
It was so upsetting. I don't recommend ordering from them if you don't want to ruin your mood.
By the way, they didn't even offer to resolve the situation. They were completely indifferent.
I ordered delivery. They didn't deliver one item. The courier promised to call the manager and bring it the next day. I paid for what they delivered. After a while, the courier called back and started telling me about some wholesaler and that I should call him myself and find out everything. Basically, it's business as usual, Belarusian style. The goal is to sell what we have, and then you run after us.
