Zen-Room is a tantra and relaxation massage practice in Brakel, in the Flemish Ardennes, run by the masseuse Rani, who has practised since 2004 and receives clients here since 2023. Massages are for men, women and couples aged 18 and over, by appointment only, and there is only ever one client in the house. Its signature is an Indian-Asian body-to-body tantra massage, which it describes as warm, sensual and deeply relaxing; a male masseur is available for women, and couples can be massaged by two.

Clients park on the premises and enter by a separate door, and a private rest room can be booked to unwind after a massage. Zen-Room states that it is a massage practice and offers no sexual services, escort or dating. It is open Monday to Friday from 10 am to 9 pm, and at weekends and on public holidays from 10 am to 6 pm.
