Pink Store is a boutique de charme in the centre of Namur, on Rue de Fer, and says it has traded in the city since 1998. The shop sells women's and men's lingerie, intimate wellness products and a range it files under "plaisirs", and offers personal advice in store. The same range is sold through the brand's online shop, with free collection from the Namur boutique.

A very warm welcome, and the saleswoman who helped me was excellent at answering my questions. Despite the time she spent with me, I didn't feel stressed about having time to think it over and was able to check out the competition as well. I went back that same afternoon and finally made my purchase.

The welcoming smile was matched only by the cynicism of the transaction.
Step 1: They sympathize with my tight student budget to better sell me an item for €70 that its official manufacturer advertises at €30.
Step 2: They close the sale by asserting, with dizzying self-assurance, that it is "absolutely impossible" to provide me with a receipt because I'm paying in cash.
A staggering profit margin coupled with the complete erasure of any legal proof of purchase. A true masterclass in opacity. Hats off to the master, but I will no longer be funding this kind of illusion.

Perfect. Nothing bad to say. A discreet shop, a very wide selection of products, super reasonable prices, and a saleswoman who was both friendly and professional—in short, the best.
I'll be back more than once!
