The chain sells sex toys including dildos, vibrators and cock rings, bondage and impact gear such as handcuffs and floggers, and lingerie. The Church Street store keeps long hours, open every day from 10am to 1am.

Big issues with the manager Mac and this location. Kicked out people, ON PRIDE WEEKEND, simply because he didn’t like them. They were courteous and promptly left as asked, but totally unprofessional and ridiculous of the manager to refuse service to respectful and willing customers simply because of personal bias.
Horrible customer service, horrible staff member does not want to help and has zero knowledge of his products.Clearly unhappy at his job. Very overpriced than literally neighbouring stores please please guys check others stores prices are ridiculous please check before you step foot in there, because once they take your money even if it was at the store there is no way to get it back. There is No price match either. If there is a minus -10 stars rating I would give it to this store on church st specifically. Thanks enjoy ripping people off!!!
Cannot express how much I appreciated Mac. He explained everything with detail, no shame, complete with accessibility awareness and beginner friendly advice. I wish we had someone like him in Windsor. Thank you Mac - killer whale cast girl
Mac is an incredible educator and salesperson - he really made me and my friends so comfortable, was incredibly knowledgeable and down to earth, was honest, supportive, and so much fun. I will definitely come back every time I’m in Toronto!
