Alina was absolutely exceptional today. Friendly and knowledgeable. She sensitively gauged our specific requirements and was extremely affirming. Having popped in to take a look at what there was to offer we left having made quite a few purchases, let’s just say she knows her stuff!
Had a very good experience with Kerri, she made me feel comfortable during my fitting and was very good at finding my size and helping me understand what a comfortable fit feels like. Kerri was covering in the Crawley store for the day however I know that she is usually in the Brighton store and so decided to leave a review here.
Will 100% be shopping at Ann Summers from now on, such friendly, brilliant and professional customer service.
Kerrie had been spectacular at being on call at the changing rooms for about an hour getting me various size changes and giving me feedback on my sizes and looks. She’s made me feel great and super confident.
Had an amazing welcoming experience here! Had a bra fitting with Vicky, who made me feel really comfortable! I was surprised to know im wearing the wrong size! Feeling much better in the right size!
Went into Ann summers for a bra fit a few weeks ago, having never been measured in my life! Store assistant Alina was so helpful and made the experience so comfortable and easy. I was able to purchase a few staple bras after my fitting. Highly recommend!
