Me and girlfriend had a phenomenal time. Absolutely recommend for a relaxing experience. Very clean. Very safe. People were so friendly! We are very much looking forward to coming back as quickly as possible!

I visited Bristol Gardens Health Spa with a friend of mine and was met with an incredibly distressing and hostile experience from the owner at reception. Out of nowhere, the owner claimed my friend was banned for "aggressive behaviour" during our last visit. This is completely fabricated. On our previous visit, everything was perfectly civil, and no issues were raised whatsoever.When challenged, the owner claimed to be checking "notes" but flatly refused to share any details, evidence, or explain what this supposed offence was. She completely shut down the conversation and refused to discuss it further.Looking at other reviews, it is clear this is a running theme. The owner seems to invent arbitrary reasons to refuse entry to paying customers on a whim. The lack of professionalism, transparency, and basic customer service is shocking. We left feeling deeply upset and humiliated. I personally have been visiting this spa for years but this treatment is completely unacceptable. There is no point of the owner trying to reply to defend her reason for the refusal as I have said is the absolute truth. I highly advise to anyone else to save your money and visit somewhere elsewhere customers are treated with respect, honesty, and consistency.

Absolutely amazing place. Fantastic spa facilities, incredibly friendly & accommodating staff - even when rules are accidentally broken (don't take bottles beyond your locker). Great sunbathing area on the roof, fantastic socialising/relaxation area on the first floor. A unique experience. We'll be back in July!

My wife and I have been visiting BGHS Brighton for around 10 years, and it has always been a consistently relaxing and welcoming naturist spa. The atmosphere is respectful and comfortable, the facilities are clean, and the staff are always friendly and professional. It’s a great place to unwind and feel at ease. We always enjoy our visits and would happily recommend it to others.

First the positives! These facilities are second to none - absolutely exquisite! The young girl who served him upon arrival was very pleasant - a credit to the establishment. But the owner? OMG! Despite the above positives, I'd sadly advise people to seek an alternative spa. Rude, humiliating and pedantic. OK, I understand some rules are there for safety but at times I feel I was just target practice! I honestly feel that the only reason why it's still going is due to the incredible facilities and once they've got new management, it'll be unstoppable!
