A deplorable experience – Avoid this place! We recently visited this establishment and left barely 30 minutes later. The experience was disastrous on all levels. Reception and service: The welcome was icy and aggressive. Before we even had a chance to say hello, we were ordered to change rooms. When my partner politely asked if a drink was included in the €20 entrance fee, she was met with disdain: "At that price, certainly not, otherwise we'd have to close down!" No effort was made to explain how things worked, despite our prior phone call which went unanswered. Hygiene and facilities: The hallway floors were dirty. As for the relaxation area, it was a complete mess: the hammam was out of order, there was no light in the (very cramped) sauna, and of the three showers, one was broken and another had no water pressure. The jacuzzi emitted such an overpowering chemical smell that it stung our eyes. The spaces: No music, oppressive atmosphere. The furniture in the communal area is completely dilapidated, the themed booths are rudimentary, and the specialized furniture is placed in the middle of everyone, facing customers who are already waiting very impatiently. As for supplies and protective equipment, it's the bare minimum: only one item provided in the locker, nothing available for self-service in the more private areas. The manager's behavior: The worst offender was the manager at check-out. After I politely said goodbye, this gentleman had the nerve to shout to the remaining people, as soon as I walked through the door: "They're not exactly overflowing with friendliness!" Unbelievable, considering how we were treated. We absolutely do not recommend this place. I sincerely pity any couples who might come here to experience this scene for the first time; the experience is anything but welcoming. This establishment respects neither its customers nor basic hygiene standards.

Unprofessional treatment and a persistent desire to provoke conflict with condescension and disrespect, despite attempts to de-escalate the situation. You're required to change in front of the entrance (which is a glass door), so I recommend arriving changed BEFORE or doing it in your car, even if your neighbors notice, despite the presence of changing rooms... I've tried the club several times and have been very considerate, knowing how difficult it can be for the organizers... but I received little friendliness and contempt, despite sometimes trying to create a lively atmosphere, provide entertainment, and offer information about the themed evenings, all to no avail... The clientele feels entitled to touch others without a greeting or anything (shoes, chest, shoulder when approaching from behind, etc.), so the rules regarding this don't seem to be emphasized. Furthermore, there are no tours for newcomers, so proceed at your own risk if you make the slightest mistake. After several years of occasional visits to this place, which I used to find well-appointed... Between the music that veers into Patrick Sébastien territory, the very permissive clientele, and staff who call their employees "just waiters" while practically stripping us naked as soon as we walk in, it seems difficult to have a good time there, and I regret it. I advise you to eat out of the owners' hand and avoid any interaction with them if you hope to have a pleasant experience. And I write this review with great regret and disappointment. And I can only advise against this place, both myself and my ten or so friends, who are completely baffled by all these positive reviews (unfortunately, unjustified).

I'm still going to give it 4 stars because I didn't come here to give it a bad review, but for us, it was the last time. We were given a very warm welcome by the owners; there were no problems there. We arrived right when they opened because we like to be able to fully enjoy a quiet moment before the party, but we were immediately disappointed: the cuddle and spa area was closed. Whatever the reasons given, we think people are old enough to know whether they want to interact with each other or not. We felt a bit like we were being held hostage, but no big deal, we decided to go to the bar to get a drink. And there, the second disappointment: the bartender was rude. He didn't respond to our "Good evening" and served us a fizzy multi-fruit juice instead of pineapple juice. We know what pineapple tastes like, and it's not orange, so we immediately pointed it out to him, and of course, his response was disdainful. In short... The gates of paradise finally opened after an hour and a quarter. The cuddle corners were perfect. Everything was there: disinfectant, trash cans, and paper towels. It was a bit chilly, but as you might say, it's up to each individual to raise the temperature. However, the spa area was falling apart. The floor was filthy, the footbath had decided to go its own way, and half the showers had gone haywire. We even found eyeglasses in the jacuzzi, which clearly demonstrates a lack of maintenance and oversight. It's a shame because we discovered the club when it first opened, even though we don't go out often, but we vowed never to return.

Nice club. The owner is very welcoming. The clientele is a little difficult to get to grips with. Points for improvement in our opinion: a speaker in the smoking area would prevent long silences. And above all, the lack of warmth in the private rooms; with my faux leather mattresses, it dampens the enthusiasm a bit. Céline and Éric.
