Nothing received and completely ignored by customer service….. I placed my first-ever order with Passage du Désir on Thursday, September 17th. According to the website, delivery should take around 3 business days. Unfortunately, that clearly has not been the case. As of today, I’ve received absolutely nothing. Even worse, I’ve contacted customer service, but they have completely ignored my messages and I have received no meaningful response or assistance whatsoever! This is especially disappointing because this was my FIRST ORDER with Passage du Désir. I expected a much better experience, especially from a company with so many positive reviews. Honestly, seeing the huge number of positive reviews makes me wonder how representative they actually are, given my experience so far….? I obviously can’t say that the reviews are fake, but the contrast between those reviews and my own experience feels very strange, almost satire. I’ve received nothing, I am not being helped, and I am left without any clear information about my order. For that reason, I can only give 2 stars.

I didnt feel any uncomfortable to look around this sex toyshop at all. The staff helped me with explanations and there are lots of kinds interesting toys. I want to visit one more time there.
