Shipping of the ordered goods was quick and smooth. Unfortunately, the ordered goods were defective and therefore unusable. The return label arrived promptly, but my request for an exchange was ignored. I, as the customer, received no notification. I then inquired via email and requested a cancellation of the order. Again, there was no response from Toy-Versand. Since I had chosen invoice as my payment method, it was also important to me that the payment provider was informed. I only received this information by contacting the payment provider directly. A brief email from Toy-Versand would have made things much easier. Sorry, but the customer communication is simply abysmal. Emails go unanswered, and customer requests (exchanges) are ignored.

My order arrived the very next day. Excellent service, everything was perfect! I've also visited the physical store in Munich several times. The service was very friendly, and the selection is truly diverse. The prices are unbeatable! Keep it up!

On my weekend trip, I finally treated myself to my new Mister B leather pants here. The shop is tiny, crammed from top to bottom with everything you could possibly want. The service and advice were adequate. I was able to try on the leather pants for quite a while. Why 5 stars? I paid €80 less for the same leather pants here than in other shops, and even saved a considerable amount compared to buying them online. Excellent value for money!!!

WARNING!! They will scam you out of your money! Customer service refuses to help and blames you instead. I have now tried twice to return an item to them, having personally paid for shipping and provided them with all the package information, but they refuse to go to the post office and pick it up. I wrote the address exactly as they instructed and sent them copies of the post office delivery receipt. However, they insist that they don't have to pick up the item themselves and must have it delivered instead. This is poor business practice and terrible customer service, especially since I live abroad and can't do anything else to help. ALL buyers, ESPECIALLY international/non-local buyers, are warned.

This is my second time ordering online, and unfortunately, something went wrong with both orders. However, the response was very professional and quick, so everything arrived as ordered in the end. As compensation, there was also a free item in the package. Thank you very much. I highly recommend them!
