Last week I bought a bodysuit at the Passau branch and wanted to return it the next day, but they said that wasn't possible. I've called for three days now and been given the runaround. Now they're claiming it's dirty and not new. I'm being insulted on the phone. I'm a regular customer and have spent a lot of money there. They've lost a loyal customer.

I bought a toy today around noon. I immediately tested it at home. Of course, I didn't test it in the way such a toy is intended to be tested – on the back of my hand – and discovered that it didn't have the promised features. So, it's defective. I went back to the store at 2 pm and complained. The very nice part-time sales assistant was very helpful and willing to take the item back and refund the purchase price. Unfortunately, the manager refused in a very unfriendly and arrogant manner. His reasoning was that the packaging had been opened… well, how else are you supposed to determine a malfunction? I can't recommend this store and will certainly never go there again. Pride comes before a fall. The fact that I paid €99.95 for this, even though it's available almost everywhere for €49, is just a side note, but still very annoying.

The shop has an incredibly relaxed atmosphere and the staff are really competent, friendly, and always ready to help 😁 Highly recommended! 👍🏻

Several items were clearly defective from the manufacturer and were not accepted for return! Their response was that the device needed to be charged for 24 hours. Pre-charging, as described in the instructions (12 hours), made no difference. Unfriendly staff! Calling this a "specialty store" is a gross understatement. Never again!!
