nice people working here, good shop, recommended!

I cannot recommend this store. The employee was arrogant and anything but customer-friendly. I purchased the product shown in the photo. I took a sealed package from the shelf. At home, however, I discovered that the package was empty, as the actual product was on display. This was a shame, as it was intended as a gift. After reporting the incident by phone, I was assured that the product would be reserved for me. Since I live about 60 km from Frankfurt, I couldn't come back for over a month. It's unlikely anyone would travel 120 km for an item worth €10, especially since the store didn't offer shipping. When I finally returned to the store with the receipt and the empty package, I was told that nothing had been reserved for me and that the collection period had "expired." Very disappointing customer service. This was my first and last purchase at this store.

Absolutely terrible service, avoid at all costs. I ordered something for a birthday, and the seller said it should arrive two days later. I paid half. The birthday has passed, and another week has gone by. When I went to pick it up, they said it was still in transit. I asked to cancel the order because I didn't want to keep making the trip and incurring the costs, since it was supposed to have arrived a week ago. They said no, but I'm happy to return used toys for three years. A real rip-off.

Great stuff, especially Desti I bought a thing from them, when i got home i found that the package was empty. Went straight back to the store and even though i did not have a recipt on me they gave me a new box with my thing in it. Thank you!
