One star is unfortunately too much for me. I've had several very unpleasant experiences in this store. Instead of offering friendly advice, the saleswoman reacts with annoyance, almost aggression, if you don't want to buy the recommended product. That's not what I call customer service. Furthermore, I personally witnessed situations that I perceived as xenophobic. This left a very negative impression on me. I also get the impression that the saleswoman has absolutely no patience when it comes to minor discussions. As already mentioned, she gets fiery if you avoid her recommendations. She loses her temper, and it's very noticeable. During several visits, I also noticed a strong smell that, to me, smelled like cannabis. This struck me as anything but professional. The store as a whole is uninviting and doesn't match the other shops at all. Also, during my visits, there was often a "Be right back" sign on the door, which no one ever came for an extended period. Overall, I got the impression that the primary focus was on sales rather than providing good customer service. I wouldn't shop there again and will order online in the future.

I'd gladly give more, but the shop is closed. Only the nice sign (back soon) has been hanging there for an hour already. That's a real money-maker!

The saleswoman is friendly, but if she's sold you something... well, here's the thing. The product cost €170, and at home I realized it wasn't for me. I went back the next business day. The saleswoman told me she could only take the product back if it was defective. Otherwise, no. It's better to just order things like that online. This is unacceptable.

You just want to browse and buy something in person at the store, and there's a sign on the door that says "Come back soon." And nobody came back!!! If there was even anyone in the store at all!!!

I was in the store yesterday with a friend and was very disappointed. The woman or woman had absolutely no idea about sales or customer service. She probably doesn't even smile. Not a single smile crossed her face. Since I once started working at Beate Uhse as a career changer, I know what I'm talking about; she was clearly overwhelmed. In our opinion, she's absolutely not suited for the industry. It's a real shame.
