The Sanctum is a BDSM rental studio on the northern edge of Hannover, in Langenhagen, about ten minutes by car from the airport and close to the Angerstraße tram stop and Langenhagen Mitte S-Bahn station. It can be rented by the hour for undisturbed time for two, overnight, or as a set for content production, with discreet privacy and high-quality equipment.

There are four themed rooms. The Red Boudoir has a steel four-poster bed with bondage rings and a candle-lit St Andrew's cross; the Black Sanctum, the heart of the studio, has a rack, a slave chair, a St Andrew's cross, a throne, a leather sling and a rotating sex chair; the Blue Oyster is a black clinic room; and the Prison Cell is built for prison fantasies. Toys and machines are available by arrangement, and soft drinks, sparkling wine and wine are on offer. Visits are by appointment only.
