Yesterday, I went there to treat a good friend (and myself 😉). As a complete novice when it comes to e-toys, I was overwhelmed by the wide range of products. The store is well-organized, friendly, and inviting. While you're often dismissed with "Aisle 7, right side, downstairs!" in other retail stores, here the sales assistant (petite, with colorful hair) really took her time with me, gave me thorough advice, and even helped other customers in between! She was very friendly and relaxed, maintaining the necessary professional distance. I never felt like, as a new customer, she was only recommending expensive products. She even went to the trouble of contacting her wholesaler practically overnight to find out about other products, lingerie sizes, and prices so she could order something for me at short notice! In short: Store: Grade 1, Product Range: Grade 1, Personal Service and Advice: Grade 1+*. I would highly recommend this store, especially to interested but perhaps hesitant new customers, because of the thoughtful and friendly advice.

Great shop! There's a wide selection of products, the shop is beautifully laid out, and you immediately feel comfortable. The saleswomen are very nice, friendly, and helpful. Thank you so much for the great advice. I'll definitely be back! :)

A warm welcome as a stranger and a farewell as a family member

I've been there a few times now, and again today around 5 pm. The saleswoman, Anna, has always given me excellent advice and the best tips. She's always in a great mood, helpful, and funny. For anyone who wants to go there, I can only say it's very relaxed, you quickly feel comfortable, and it's always a success. Thanks, Anna! :)

Great selection of soft vibrators which is exactly what my girlfriend and I were looking for. The person who served us was most helpful even though they didn’t speak English. They let us open the packet and touch and squeeze a few of the vibrators to make sure we got the best one. Highly recommended!
