My husband and I visited this fantastic shop today. We were greeted warmly with a smile. We were very impressed by the cleanliness and the selection. Thanks to a wonderful and very attractive saleswoman who gave us expert advice, we found exactly what we were looking for. We will definitely be back! 🤘

One of the nicest Orion stores I know. The selection is really large, and there's also a good range of club and fetish wear for men. Since the owner is part of the scene and knows many of the well-known events in the area, she gives excellent advice on choosing the right outfit. The advice on various toys, lubricants, etc., is also absolutely competent and helpful. The store is spacious, has a separate fetish section, and always looks very tidy and organized. It never feels crowded or loud; you can browse and try things on in peace. The location is definitely a big advantage over other stores. The owner is very friendly and helpful; a pleasant chat is always part of the experience, and her tips are usually invaluable. If all stores were like this, brick-and-mortar retail in this sector would be saved. No online shop can ever offer this kind of advice, plus the opportunity to see all the toys in person and not just in pictures.

Twice now, I’ve come in half an hour before closing, and been kicked out between 7-10 minutes early because the very rude worker wanted to go home. This evening, I went in to shop for a gift, and was deciding between items when she came over and informed me that I needed to make a decision, as she needed to close the till. The time was 19:53. Exactly one minute later, she interrupted me again to tell me that I would have to come back tomorrow. I informed her that it wasn’t 20:00 yet (their stated closing time), but she said it didn’t matter, because she was closing. I was literally deciding between 2 products, and it would have taken me a minute more, at best, had I not been interrupted. Why even put 20:00 as the closing time if you want people out by 19:50? Very rude, and extremely poor customer service. There are other shops where the people are much friendlier. Despite the fact that this is in my neighbourhood, I won’t be going there again. I would rather travel across the city than be talked down to by someone with no manners. My guess is that they don’t really care about making a sale. Shame that they choose to hire such people. Not recommended!
