We really like this store, and it's not our first time here. We always find something interesting. But today, we experienced terrible service. The woman was constantly on the phone, ignoring us, even though we indicated we needed help choosing. It's a nice store, but it suffers greatly due to the terrible service. Other times, the service has been professional.

The staff was incredibly rude. They barely looked up and gave me very little information... even though I was the only customer in the store. If you can't deal with people, then this is the wrong profession. On top of that, the repair service was overpriced and slow; there are better providers in Flensburg. What a shame, I lost a paying customer because of the poor staff...

If I could, I wouldn't give this dump any stars at all, because even one is too much! The staff and customer service are incredibly unfriendly (even though I was very polite)! The shipping department in this place can't do anything right either! I ordered something, then it didn't arrive. Then I had a long email exchange with Orion, and then the package was sent out again, but it only arrived at the post office after three weeks, and by then I hadn't picked it up because I no longer needed it. I had ordered it on account, and the package has long since been returned to them, yet they're still bombarding me with payment reminders! I've already threatened them with a lawyer. Absolutely not recommended.
