Panacea Club is a members-only swingers club in Martina Franca, in the province of Taranto in Puglia, run as a cultural association for couples and singles. Its own site describes an open-minded libertine club built around its members, with no dancers or hired staff on the floor, privacy and good taste as its rules, and evenings where anything can happen but nothing is expected.
