Last review 7 months ago?......super clean place with nice people.....nothing is owed or taken for granted

Wrong. On Wednesday there was an advertisement on Facebook saying that they would be open today, Sunday, December 7th, from 6:30 PM. And we made a reservation. Now I find out that the opening hours have changed again to 10:30 PM, but we were not informed. Now we have to change our plans. No professionalism. We wanted to give them a second chance, as a dissatisfied couple, try to come earlier and stay longer, but no! This is the problem with family businesses. They do whatever they want.

Deep disappointment. I play with my wife separately, too. I was there last Thursday. In the afternoon, I contacted the establishment via WhatsApp. Since reservations were required, I asked if there were any couples or singles bookings. The manager was very reserved about it, telling me he had reservations without specifying who. When I arrived last Thursday, couples got in for free and singles paid a reduced rate; I didn't because I had a membership. I arrived around midnight, hoping my wife would come, but in the end I went alone. At midnight, there were three couples playing on their own, another couple of exhibitionists, and then something like 12 singles milling around like zombies. Singles are the only ones paying on Thursday nights when couples get in for free. Now, at this point, I don't know if I'll want to bring my wife because when I contacted the facility and said I was a couple but would show up alone, I got no response. While days before he contacted his wife, the phone information was very different. And we don't accept this kind of discrimination. If you require reservations, then when I ask if there are couples or singles, you have to tell me how many singles and couples have booked. It's not a question of money, it's a question of responsibility. If I come to play with couples and singles, unfortunately without my wife because she has her own things to do. When I arrive, I want to know that there will be couples and singles with whom I can socialize while my wife is there, and not a men's soccer team.

I used to go years ago and I honestly have to say that the owners are very respectful and kind people. The place is very clean and the events are super like Lory and Leo's. My new partner and I were thinking of taking a trip.

Terrible is almost a compliment, considering I've never been to a place like this. For starters, the scheduled event didn't happen because the venue was practically exclusively attended by couples; essentially, those who come just to do the owners a favor. Since they were there to be part of the decor, they didn't interact with each other, and you couldn't even talk to them because either they wouldn't answer or they would act like we were at some industrial club. The owners didn't care and continued to let singles in just to make money. In their opinion, people have become picky... In truth, in other venues YOU HAVE FUN regardless of how the evening ends. People aren't picky, and no one pays for an evening that has the same spirit as a hospital ward. But ultimately, it's my fault; I should have played it safe at venues with far more reviews.
