Clinic Events is the organisation behind two of the longest-standing fetish nights in the Zaanstreek, both held at Club Showboat on the Lagedijk in Zaandijk: the Clinic / T-Girl Party and its newer, darker sibling NoirX. Both are produced together with the lingerie and fetish-fashion label Kinky Diva and with Showboat itself, which is why they feel less like a promoter renting a room and more like a house party the venue is part of.

The Clinic / T-Girl Party is the original: an SM and fetish party for kinky couples, swingers and people who like dressing in fetish materials, with kinky performances and DJs across the night. Its defining feature is that T-girls are not an afterthought but half the billing — the party has carried the T-Girl name for years and prices women and T-girls together, which in this scene is unusual and is a large part of the crowd it has built. NoirX came later and answers the obvious question about a second party from the same organisation: it keeps the Clinic feel but changes the brief. NoirX runs on colour — passionate red, dominant black or a mix of the two — with the venue lit and dressed to those colours, a different door policy on outfits, and new names behind the decks.

Both nights use Showboat's full layout: a dance floor, playroom, lounge and a rebuilt smoking area. Practicalities are generous by the standards of the scene — toilets, lockers, parking and the buffet are all included in the ticket, with a minimum spend at the bar instead. The buffet is genuinely part of the evening rather than a token: the organisers describe it as the pause in the middle of the night, a table to sit at with a full glass while the atmosphere builds.

The dress code is enforced at the door by the party's DoorDiva. PVC, leather, latex or metal is the baseline, with fetish burlesque, fetish glamour, steampunk and gothic, uniforms, sissy and crossdress outfits, bodypaint, heavy wetlook and heavy fishnet all welcome.
