I'm very pleased with this store. It's a general-purpose store, making it incredibly professional and free from any vulgarity. The ladies who work there are exceptionally helpful and polite – they're always happy to offer advice if you're unsure, and they give every polite customer the freedom to browse the products and make the right purchase. The store has a truly extensive selection of everything – from lingerie to gorgeous Pleaser heels. I've been there twice and bought three items. I'd like to extend my warmest regards to both ladies who helped me explain everything and advise me before I bought it. I highly recommend it!

Good morning, first of all, I'd like to emphasize that I'm a very shy person and rarely go to such a large city. I was very nervous about visiting the Venus store. However, I have to say it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. After entering, I had a moment to get used to the place, and then the staff member approached me and we started chatting. I was incredibly impressed with how calmly and sensitively she spoke to me. I received clear and understandable answers to every question I had. Importantly, and worth mentioning, the products are carefully selected to best meet my expectations without breaking the bank. The gift from the store was a lovely culmination of the transaction.
