I just went to the store with my friend, it was the first time going in a sex shop and I must say the lady from the register is very gentle, she is so nice and kind, she didn’t make us feel awkward, she even tell us to buy batteries for what we purchased. Was a very pleasant experience and for sure we will return. The store is very clean and the prices are very affordable. 10/10
The lady at the counter was very arrogant and if you asked something she would say "what question are you asking". She was totally disinterested in you as a customer and her attitude was very repulsive. A totally unpleasant experience I recommend you not to come here and look elsewhere as there are other stores.
The opening hours are from 10am, but you can stand in front of the store for 40 minutes and it's still closed. That says a lot about the store's staff. Ghost store, you never know when you'll catch it open or not, even if they have a sticker with the opening hours.
Well-equipped and well-arranged store. The sales lady is very kind, answers questions, offers advice, and really knows the products. It's worth visiting physically, and not just online, especially when buying certain types of toys. It's one thing to see an image, another to see them in reality or hold them in your hand. What could be improved: the physical stock in the store could be richer.
Beautifully decorated store with lots of products, but the lady working is below any level of presentation or special communication of the products, I quote from her words: can you afford this price? (regardless of the price, the presentation of the products matters). The lady was communicating on the computer with something else when I asked for a stamp on the receipt (I will ask for a special stamp for you she exclaimed)
