I wanted to have a few beers and some fun, but I was kicked out by the bartender. He didn't say anything racist like "Turks and Pakistanis aren't allowed in," but it was the worst experience I could have had in a beautiful country like Spain.
I love going there with my family. The staff there are very affectionate and kind to me, although my husband gets jealous sometimes, but oh well. It's a very family-friendly place.
I ordered four lamb chops, ate one and it was raw, and they charged me for a whole feast. The roast chicken was undercooked and incredibly expensive. They charge by the second for the meal, but it's a complete rip-off. The place is bright, which is worth noting, and the hygiene is good. The place itself is impressive, but the service is cold and distant, and they charge a fortune for everything, even breathing. Not recommended at all. I was very disappointed and let down.
Women who only speak to customers out of fear of being reprimanded by their boss. In the rooms, they're like clock-watchers. If you're five minutes late, they fine you. I was with one who was menstruating and hadn't told me. She cried and told me not to say anything at reception because her boss would fire her, just like he did with others... There's no professionalism. And what I've seen are women bored from working 12-hour shifts. That's why the service is awful. The bathrooms and rooms need cleaning. And we also need polite and attractive waitresses. I prefer to go to the other place; people win because of the good service, and that way we spend our money willingly.
