Absolutely horrifying experience. A man standing at the entrance — he definitely had some function there, but not salesperson— aggressively approached us, started yelling, swearing, insulting us, and trying to throw us out for no reason. He behaved in a threatening and extremely hostile way, including offensive comments based on nationality and religion. What shocked us most was that the other staff did nothing. They allowed him to go behind the counter and continue threatening and verbally abusing us while everyone ignored the situation. We genuinely felt unsafe. This kind of aggressive, discriminatory, and intimidating behavior should never be tolerated in any business. Completely unacceptable experience.

Scam alert! Ordered with them last week. Item should be delivered same day. Still nothing. No phone number! no answer on email or chat for days

Scam. We were sold aphrodisiac chocolate candies for €20 when in reality they only cost €10-13. Don’t get ripped off in this tourist trap that doesn’t display the price. As a person who comes to your country, welcome the goods. We have bad memories of Amsterdam. Bad experience and bad seller who only thinks about money. Good day

They seem to care more about the appearance of the store which, in all fairness, isn't bad at all, but they have a very poor selection. Lots of way over-priced vibrators. Not the friendliest or most knowledgeable staff either. Seems to be geared towards tourist wanting to buy a sex toy in the red light district. Overall pretty disappointing if you want something more than just that.
