The way you get treated when you walk in is what stands out the most compared to any other shop. There is never an "embarrassingβ question which felt comforting and was shown all kinds of cool toys by a warm staff member. It gave me the opportunity to see what I would love to explore for myself or with my partner. The factory outlet discounts are per item at 45%, 55% and 75% which is very affordable considering high quality sexual wellness toys can be quite expensive. There is also a warranty on the toysβ motors of 15 years. We will be back again ;)
The salesgirls were nice and give me a good explanation of how the toys work.π
We had such an unexpected turn of the night when we walked in the store! The marketing is on top! We absolutely loved it, because of the feeling of how many products you can get and how much money you save. So it was 3 of us and we end up buying 9 items!
And everything we have tried was a very good quality and with so much varietyπ€
Greta was amazing, helped us with everything and also she was shining, no matter of how busy it was at that store on Saturday evening!
I had a great experience at this store! The store itself is really nice, and the staff are incredibly helpful. The lady with the dreadlocks immediately makes you feel comfortable and welcome, and she seems to have an answer to every question you might have. Her friendly and knowledgeable approach really stood out and made the visit even better.
Highly recommended if youβre looking for great service and a pleasant shopping experience!
Great experience! The shop is clean, modern, and very welcoming. The staff was so nice and friendly. They answered all my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Excellent customer service and a great selection of products, that you can see and test on your hands, such a great idea for these type of products! I will be back for sure :)
