I bought a product here that was already defective after only two uses within two months. Unfortunately, I had not kept the original box. When I returned to the store with my complaint and proof of payment, I was told that they could not do anything for me without the box. A weak excuse. I found that very disappointing. For a product at this price, you should expect it to last longer than two uses. Moreover, a defective product should simply be covered under warranty, regardless of whether you still have the packaging (legally). In hindsight, I also doubt the reliability of the positive reviews that brought me to this store, given my own experience with the service. It is a shame, because good customer service could have easily resolved this.

Comprei 1 jogo em que o nome está em inglês mas o jogo é apenas em francês e holandês, fui no dia a seguir tentar trocar com tudo selado lá dentro e não me trocaram ainda foi caro e agora não entendo nada do que lá está escrito. Visto que está tudo selado era o mínimo porque eu questionei antes de comprar!!!!

Very friendly staff who really know their stuff and patiently help you make a suitable choice if you can't decide on your own, or they can help you if you have questions. A busy shop with many regulars, but also many customers from far away who come to Rotterdam specifically for the shop. Visit the (web)shop sometime and experience it for yourself!!
