Always a weird vibe here. The last three times I’ve gone, they didn’t have what I was looking for. Basic items like blindfolds should be consistently in stock, so that’s been frustrating. At this point, it just doesn’t feel reliable enough to keep coming back. I got what I needed on Amazon with next day shipping for cheaper anyway.

We are very happy with our purchase, although, let me tell you about our experience... Had we not had the experience we had we had intended on purchasing more and spending so much more but could not do to the atmosphere. Husband and wife here shopping together for bathing suits and fun stuff. Wife goes to dressing room to try things on and the bouncer at the dressing room door made the husband feel so uncomfortable that he had to walk away due to feeling as a pervert to see what his wife was trying on. So while wife is trying things on husband is in the store looking around and has employees following him as he's picking things up and putting them down they run up quickly to rearrange the underpants as well as picking up toys and putting them back where they belong he's being watched. Meanwhile wife is in the dressing room trying on outfits but you can't because everything is stapled together with security tags because the bouncer at the dressing room was supposed to unhinge everything so you can try things on didn't do her job it made a frustrating experience every panty that was tried on had a security check smacked tab in the middle of your crotch how are you supposed to see how that looks? I don't know maybe theft is too much in this store but I tell you you can't shop comfortably you're better to go online

I fully understand why there are no returns. But I purchased a set, tried it on in store and it was perfect. when I went to put it on one of the straps ripped (at home) I brought it back (I didn’t check the receipt—-it said no returns/exchanges) although this is policy I believe that in this case something should have been able to be done. I was willing to exchange/get store credit.

I was a previous customer of the old Wallingford Tire. And then when the name exchanged to new owner the new V. I. P. I wanted to stay with a local business. So I continue doing business with them and have found. my service needs are being met. The manager Carlos is a very pleasant person. Very helpful. Takes his time to listen ,and their prices are effortable and fair .
