If I can could give it no stars I would I use to go to Velvet Rope but now I will not support it or go there ever. I use to like going there but Manager was very rude to me and kicked me out kept my $40.00 membership money. There was a issue and she failed to handle the issue professionally and respectfully kind of harassed me about issue and just went around the issue and complained about a smell issue and had to close the door of room I was in and that people were leaving which is B.S no one was leaving. I did have an issue with B.V but I got treatment for that and take care of myself and shower regularly. Velvet rope is hot stuff, people sweat that has a smell. Sex has a smell and Manager smokes and you think she is not bringing smoking smell in club or weed heads bringing weed smell in the club. Manager was very disrespectful yes if theres an issue you handle it professionally, respectfully in a respectful manner but harassing a person was unacceptable and making up lies that people were leaving when I saw no one leaving. Velvet rope is outdated food was not even that good and staff was always standing around looking board. One time I was there and my friend got harassed by a creepy guy and they failed to help her. I've never got kicked out of privata or scantuary. Velvet rope wasn't as clean or hot tub wasn't as clean as it should be. I will never support Velvet Rope or go there again because of how the manager treated me. Rules stated on website as follows Do not follow people around the club but its okay if manager follows you around club harassing me. Provide a not intrusive environment but yet owner follows me around, harassing me would considered intrusive not helping my friend when she was bothered by a creepy guy another reason to uphold the rule not intrusive environment Treat everyone with dignity and respect manager didn't treat me with dignity or respect. Or respectfully handle the situation properly and harassment is not okay in any form. Discreet Staff: Our team is trained to uphold confidentiality and ensure a comfortable, non-intrusive atmosphere for all. But yet they cannot handle an issue properly, harassed by owner... followed by owner and not provide a comfortable not intrusive environment for not only my friend but for me never to return again or support Velvet rope. Yet it was okay for creepy guys to follow women and be intrusive. By entering TVR, you agree to these principles and help us maintain a respectful, secure space for open-minded connection. But yet manager didn't treat me with respect at all disrespect, and harassment. Do not interrupt others but yet owner kept interrupting me and my friend closing doors and again harassing us. Can I smoke or vape weed at TVR? No – due to OLCC laws, no marijuana is allowed on the property (including vapes, flower, edibles). But its okay for owner to smoke like a chimney outside and bring that nasty smoke 🚬 into club or weed smell from those who smoke weed or cigarettes outside. Great food, play areas, and a welcoming vibe for singles, couples, and groups. Food was not that great mediocre and welcoming ha not very welcoming environment when being followed or harassed. For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, we require everyone to follow club policies. Guests who do not comply may be removed from the venue. I compied with all the rules never caused problems and they kicked me out. Another review stated a person got kicked out with no explanation. Yet owners aren't complying with rules. So basically they don't uphold to rules or policy as stated in the rules on the website policy. They expect patrons to follow the rules but yet the staff isn't upholding and following the rules as stated on the website.

The staff at this place is really what makes it special. When you get to the door you are treated well. Every time you talk to someone who works here they are very friendly. They are clearly trained to make you feel safe and comfortable. The place itself is a little old in some areas. It does not bother me. I have been to the three clubs here and this one is my favorite. The people who go here and the staff are very nice. Make you feel good about yourself. This place has a lot of energy and things to do which's more than I can say for some other places that seem kind of clicking The staff at this place and the crowd are great.

This place is not accessible for wheelchair users or anyone who cannot go up stairs. While yes you can use the first floor and they have a large unisex bathroom, they do not have an elevator so you cannot access half of the building including the smoke deck. there are also random stairs into alcoves. The private rooms may be barely wide enough for a wheelchair to go through but they will be taking the most if not all the walkway. The front desk staff was very honest about the stairs issue but their google overview says otherwise. I was also stopped because of facepaint and had to show another form of ID to prove myself. The group i was with had 2 non binary individuals who were charged full price because "she was going off of whats on their license" but i also had an M on my ID i was just wearing makeup and presenting feminine and got the "female price". Other people we interacted with were told that the front desk person they interacted with told them the normal rates are for "male genital having people". I believe that is acceptable but should probably be clarified amongst staff to fix any unfairness. Other than these things the club was lovely and the dance floor was fun.

Your friendly neighborhood bar with sex and nudity. Everyone is super friendly. Come early for a discount. Get a membership for even cheaper door fees. Theme nights keep it interesting. Food is pretty good. We like the pizza and the ham n cheese panning. Hot tubs are relaxing after play. Been coming here for years and still love it.

I’ve gone here three times now. It’s been a wonderful experience each time. The building is older, however they do seem to keep it clean and in order. My favorite part is at every corner there is a staff who takes their job seriously. They are alway looking friendly and approachable, and checking on the hot tubs or guests. That also goes along with the wonderful and sexy owner this place has. Always working hard, greeting newcomers— regulars with love, and helping his staff. We love a boss who cares for their employees. The cherry on top is the vibes, food, and wonderful diverse community of people who visit the place. I’ve made great connections with many fun, caring, most importantly safe people. If you’re looking for a chill spot to relax, mingle, get your rocks off in a an inclusive environment for all body types, races, and anything you might have going on that isn’t contagious. You’ve found the spot.
