They returned forgotten belongings, answered the phone, Rocio greeted us, and a maid directed us to room 7, ground floor. Upon entering, a greeting played with music, which we chose to turn off. They don't call when their shift ends. I stayed from Sunday to Thursday, 7 PM to 11 AM. The hotel is located on Cochabamba Street, between Salta and Lima Constitución Streets. The entrance is gated; there's no doorbell, but the staff can see you from inside and let you in. At the entrance, there's a window to the right for payment, and then another door that separates the hall from the room corridor, perfectly isolating the noise from reception. We stayed in the most economical category, and the cleanliness and tidiness of the place were outstanding, both in the common areas and inside the room. The room was quiet; you couldn't hear any street noise. It had spotless ceramic floors and no humidity. The bed was comfortable, the linens were very clean, and the bedspread served as a blanket. It has two paintings, two large mirrors, two lamps, clean bedside tables with fixed glass ashtrays, and a small erotic positioning chair. The split-system air conditioning is excellent; it's centrally controlled but can be adjusted from a physical control panel in the room. Because it has physical buttons (not touch-sensitive), it's ideal for blind people to independently control the music, TV, lights, and air conditioning. Regarding the music, the physical panel only has two channels: one was very quiet and the other too loud. The TV is a Smart TV; we were able to connect our phones to watch content, although the speaker was broken and the sound quality was poor. For ventilation, there's a double-leaf sliding window with curtains and mosquito netting on the outside (great for summer) that opens onto an interior courtyard. The only inconvenient detail is that there's only one electrical outlet in the entire room, poorly located near the only available clothes rack (which two people have to share). Since there's no phone charging stand, we had to put our phones in the pocket of a slung jacket. The private bathroom is separated by an internal door, which is a nice touch. It's long; first there's the toilet and bidet (both with disinfectant strips), a sink with traditional faucets, and at the end a shower, which, being the economy category, is quite small. The hot and cold water has excellent pressure and flows perfectly. The floor is intentionally sloped so the shower water drains directly into the drain. There's a wastebasket with a liner and a toilet paper holder. The complimentary toiletries include a package with two large bath towels, one small towel, two shampoos, two conditioners, two small soaps, a comb, a hairnet, and a condom. It doesn't include oral hygiene products or a hairdryer, which would be very useful. The included breakfast is very nicely presented. Although check-out is until 11:00, breakfast can be ordered from early morning until 10:00. They leave your order at the entrance, and the system has pre-recorded audio messages that notify you when your order arrives. They brought two fresh and tender croissants from the bakery for each of us, and they accommodated our preferences by bringing a chocolate-covered marshmallow and a black coffee. They also provide two complimentary cold drinks: two large, chilled, multi-fruit juices, which are much appreciated. The only thing lacking was sweeteners: only four packets of sugar and two of sweetener for two people. They offer reasonably priced toasted sandwiches, but that's all they have on offer. Since we tend to stay for a long time, it would be great if they allowed external food delivery services to bring food to the reception area so we could order something. Regarding the prices, they are about 20% higher than other places in the area, but this is completely justified by the hygiene, the extended hours, and the friendly staff. They don't offer a discount for cash payments or charge a surcharge for bank transfers (a cash incentive would be nice). Although the website says you can book by email, they don't offer any benefits through that method either.

Well. Honestly, I don't know why they don't accept bank transfers or debit card payments. My partner and I went hungry and thirsty at the hotel. They only accept cash—it's 2025! They should at least accept bank transfers at this point!

Starting with the fact that the mattress in the room we were given sagged as soon as you sat down, it was incredibly uncomfortable. The air conditioning was incredibly noisy. There were no electrical outlets, the shower was very narrow and uncomfortable, and there was a used condom lying around. The service was okay. The location was quiet. But I didn't like the place at all, and definitely not for an overnight stay.
