The AVN Adult Entertainment Expo — universally shortened to AEE, or simply the AVN Expo — is the largest adult entertainment trade show in the United States and the most widely searched adult industry event in the world. Held every January in Las Vegas and organised by AVN Media Network, publisher of the trade magazine Adult Video News, it has run as a standalone show since January 1998, when the expo was spun out to give the industry a dedicated commercial venue of its own rather than a corner of somebody else's convention.

The remaining hours open the floor to the public, turning the same exhibition space into a fan convention where visitors meet performers, queue for autograph and photo sessions, and browse the show floor alongside the professionals. The expo is inseparable from the AVN Awards, presented on the show's closing night and routinely described in mainstream press coverage as the adult industry's equivalent of the Oscars. The awards ceremony anchors the week, and the surrounding calendar of parties, launches, and after-show events effectively takes over a Las Vegas resort for four days each January. The show has moved venues several times across its history — it ran at the Sands Expo and Convention Center until 2012, concurrent with CES; then the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino; more recently Resorts World Las Vegas; and in 2026, Virgin Hotels Las Vegas — so the host property should be checked for each edition rather than assumed.
