JIKO Tantra is a tantra studio in Cologne run by Komala Janette Meinl and a small team. Its own framing is tantra that can be lived with day to day, passed on alongside ayurveda, and it runs a video series called Erotische Reife im Alltag — erotic maturity in everyday life.

The paid catalogue is tantra massage in sixty- and ninety-minute forms, a Yin Yang massage, a Kamasutra massage with an optional Kamasutra yoga extension, an ayurvedic head massage, and two longer tantric healing massages offered woman to woman, each built as a talk beforehand, the massage, and a reflection afterwards. Alongside the massage work there are single sessions in tantric life philosophy and couples counselling using systemic trauma-oriented methods. The studio asks for a preliminary and a closing conversation before several of the massages, charged separately.

It also runs events. The JIKO Tantra Stammtisch has been going since 2000 — a free monthly evening of short talks and exercises from a tantric context, held at a brewery in Cologne rather than at the studio — and the programme carries occasional residential seminars and retreats elsewhere in North Rhine-Westphalia. Published prices run from 55 euro for a head massage to 280 euro for the longest Kamasutra massage; they are the studio's advertised figures rather than quoted rates.
