M&M Parties is a Jacksonville lifestyle party brand running a year-round programme across the city — bar meet-and-greets, pool parties, an annual Halloween production and a group cruise. It holds no premises of its own: its regular room is a bar on St Johns Avenue that it describes itself as invading, and its daytime events run at a private address on the north side of the city.

The bar nights are the backbone. They run 8 PM to 2 AM with a cash cover on the door, they are themed — uniforms, denim and diamonds, a masquerade ball — and they are open enough that couples can simply turn up. The house events are tighter: couples are welcome, but every single guest is vetted by text before being approved, and the organiser is explicit that this is the only route in.

The brand also runs a separate Halloween production, Forbidden World of Terror, with its own site and its own ticketing, and books group cruise charters — a post-Thanksgiving sailing out of Miami is on the calendar. For guests travelling in, the site lists five nearby hotels that its own members recommend, while stating plainly that the brand endorses none of them.
