Unpleasant experience. Rude staff. (both man and the woman). Just rude. Aren't listening to the customer, even when the customer tried really hard to be nice.
If you're looking for a dildo here is the place to get one!! Would highly recommend, the staff are incredible. Jack helped me through everything, and I came away with such amazing toys. Customer service was perfect, and the store was stocked upppp!! Store hours are very suited to anyone's schedule and is truly just an amazing place. I felt at home in here ❤️
Huge range I keep visiting to remember all my options. Jack was super chill, helped us all even though the shop was busy, and answered all my newbie nervous questions. His advice is nuanced, honest and shows immense expertise on product use, materials, subtle difference between similar designs - always on the positive side, so I knew I'd be choosing based on my preferences and curiosity rather than directed toward any particular brand or toy. Amazing consultations, thank you!!
I recently visited this store for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised. It was well presented, had lots of amazing stock and the staff member I dealt with was really lovely. She assisted me with my purchase, included some suggestions and had great customer service 🤩 would highly recommend and I will certainly be returning ☺️
Finally, an adult store that I don't feel gross about walking in to! It's well lit, all the products are displayed beautifully, and the all female staff are just absolutely wonderful- I can't recall her name, but there is one younger lady with long hair there who was incredibly helpful when I had some weird questions and she never made me feel awkward or embarrassed. Love this shop, highly recommend it for the customer service alone, but the huge range of products is an extra bonus!
