Came in today, had a great time shopping with Ammy! Knowledgeable, friendly and let me know that if you save your receipt and bring it back with you you can get a discount next time! Who knew?! Will definitely be back!

I had such a great experience thanks to the staff member who helped me last night. I believe she said her name was Amie, though I may have heard it wrong. She was super friendly and knowledgeable, had a warm, welcoming smile, and was more than happy to answer all my questions. She showed me lots of options and made the whole experience feel comfortable and fun. Customer service like this is rare — 10/10, I’ll definitely be back!

The lady at the counter was hovering a lot, silent, and very awkward. It felt like she was worried about me shoplifting for most ofyntime looking at things. At the counter for pay she was very abrupt and not friebdly. Definitely not a confortable interaction.
I haven't been here in a few years I moved away to Vancouver but was passing through decided to pop in and see my girls was disappointed to see non of the original staff was there. The new people don't seem to know anything. Super frustrating. The old manager pre-pandemic - I moved during. She was amazing! I use to go there all the time. So it's sad to see how downhill it's gone since. Lack of training it seems. Not sure why its changed so much it use to be a lot more welcoming.
