The best thing about this store is the staff, they are always so friendly and really have time for the customers. Iv never visited the store and not been greeted with a welcome.
Yesterday we went in and one of the staff spent a while helping us pick some perfume that my friend wanted, she was lovely, but I didn’t have a chance to get her name.
The staff that work here deserve a lot of credit!
The store is always clean and tidy! The products they sell I have always found to be great quality.
Visited the store on Saturday 9th May and was very pleased with the service I received. Alison was really helpful and polite, and assisted me with what I needed. Thank you Alison for a very pleasant shopping experience!

I had such a brilliant experience today at Ann Summers. Shay who helped me was absolutely amazing — so friendly, so patient, and she instantly made me feel completely comfortable.
She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit, offered honest advice, and created such a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. Shopping for underwear can feel a bit daunting sometimes, but she made it enjoyable and effortless.
