I had an amazing bra fitting with Wiki at Ann Summers! From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. She was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to find the perfect fit for me without making me feel rushed. Wiki listened to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and recommended styles that suited both my shape and comfort. The difference wearing a properly fitted bra has made is incredible! Her friendly, approachable manner turned what could have been an intimidating experience into a genuinely enjoyable one. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I had jenny as my helper today and she was absolutely amazing. I didn’t have the right size for so long even though I was told it was that but when I told her everything she immediately was like nah you’re right that’s not your size. She went above and beyond in helping me find the right size and I’m sooo happy with it now and she also helped with find a cute little set and gave pure honest opinions. Someone like that should run the place. Very amazing worker definitely gives a good representation of the store.

I got a bra fitting today after a while and it was done by the lovely Sim!! She was really helpful and was able to let me know about deals the shop offers. She was very friendly, relatable and made me feel very comfortable.

My best friend and I came in to browse some lingerie, which was nearly all in the sale btw! We got a fitting with the lovely Wiki who was incredible and made us so comfortable. She helped us with bras and other products we can match with them. Fitting was really efficient - she got the size right for both of us first time! - and she showed us our sister sizes for all the different styles too. Lovely experience and we’ll be coming back soon!

Jasmine was absolutely amazing. I really needed a fitting and had such specific requirements and she handled it perfectly. Cant fault her. So kind, understanding, polite and she really a paid attention to the close details. I came out so positive and will definitely be going back. Great store. Brilliant staff.
