Bacchanal — Feast of Dionysus

Fox&Badge's Bacchanal — a Feast of Dionysus — runs from 10 pm on Saturday 19 September 2026 until 6 the next morning at Studio 338 in London.
The organiser draws it from the ancient Greek rites of the god of wine and ecstasy, and calls it a night of sacred transgression, divine madness and ecstatic dissolution: come shed the defended self, wear the mask, and be briefly and gloriously undone. The room is dressed to the conceit — bars as the Stoa, and the wandering company itself as the Thiasos.
The dress code is Kinky Korinthans: Greek and emphatically not Roman, merging nature and civilisation — creeper and weave, veil and vine, the wild and the tamed. Expose arms, shoulders, backs and thighs; drape the body in fluttering folds; reimagine the chiton, the chlamys and the peplos.
Bring cash for the cloakroom, which is large but cash-only at £5 an item — an indication, to confirm on the night; the bars take card. The organiser asks guests with access requirements to email in advance or contact the venue directly.
A free post-event reunion follows three days later.
