Crazyland Dark Circus 2026

Crazyland's Dark Circus of Pleasure takes over North Sea Venue on the Hemkade in Zaandam on Saturday 7 November 2026, from 17:00 to 02:00. It is the theatrical edition in the Crazyland calendar: where B.I.T.C.H. asks for fetish materials, Dark Circus asks for a costume, and the hall is dressed as a carnival that has gone wrong.

The brief is spelled out by the organisers. Women come as sinister clowns and Harley Quinns, or in dresses, corsets and lingerie worked in lace, tulle, feathers and beads. Men come as sinister clowns, as Pennywise, or as the gothic ringmaster — and if the costume route is not for you, dress trousers with a polo or a button-up shirt will pass. Jeans, ripped trousers, joggers, t-shirts and bare torsos will not. Outfits are inspected after ticket control, and the house line for the night is dress to impress, shine like a star.

Inside, the layout is the Crazyland format: multiple dance and play areas across the hall, themed decoration, performances, lockers and changing facilities. As with every Crazyland party, the door shuts well before the music does — entry closes at 21:00 and there is no admission afterwards, so a 17:00 start is not a suggestion.

Entry is 18+ and tickets are sold in advance through Paylogic. Crazyland's editions habitually sell out their cheaper tiers months ahead, and this one follows the Crazy Wonderland festival in the same season, so the practical approach is to book early rather than count on availability in the final week.
