Hot Box is a gay and libertine sauna in Trégueux, on the edge of Saint-Brieuc, at 15 Avenue Pierre Mendès France — opposite the Laser Game, as the club puts it. It calls itself the most vibrant libertine club in Brittany and a place where straight, gay, bi and every other orientation are welcome, with erotic massage and play spaces alongside the wellness rooms.

The tour it publishes of itself runs through changing rooms, a pool, a lounge, a hammam, a spa, the sauna and cabins. Admission covers towels and hygiene items, and lockers are available, including a duo locker.

The week is split, and it pays to read which day you are going: Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays are 100% gay and men only, while Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays are mixed. Thursdays and Fridays are fully naturist. Tuesday and Saturday evenings run a Soirée Mixte Libertine past midnight; Sunday afternoons and late Saturdays have a foam party. Afternoons carry an Open slot the club describes as a window of complete tolerance between all sexualities and desires. Identity is checked on the door and the house is non-smoking.

The club is closed all day Wednesday and on public holidays — both are stated plainly on its own pages. Admission is priced by day, by session and by whether you come as a couple, a single woman or a single man, with reduced rates in the first half hour and free entry for some age groups; those figures are published on the club's own Horaires et Tarifs page and are not quoted here.
