Kevin and Emy We've been regulars for many years… we went tonight on a weeknight, you might say, and yet it was a very good evening. We found the single men very respectful and in reasonable numbers, and a few playful couples… As for the welcome, thank you JP for the thoughtful touches (turning up the jacuzzi a few degrees). Sauna Métropole is a welcoming and friendly place. JP and Nico always greet us with kindness and good humor. The sauna is clean and the clientele is respectful. The best place in Bordeaux after trying others. See you soon, Nico and Jeanne-Charlotte

A successful first time. A warm welcome; Jype noticed it was my first time and immediately put me at ease with gentleness and humor. The place is well-designed and makes it easy to feel comfortable, especially when you're with good company. I had a fantastic evening, and I'll gladly repeat the experience ☺️

have never been treated so disrespectfully in an establishment that claims to be “professional.” When I arrived, the manager immediately told me — in a very rude tone — that “this establishment is private.” Yet absolutely nothing indicates that anywhere: not on the door, not inside, not on the website, and certainly not when you walk in. To make things worse, I was then abruptly informed that it is “for singles only.” Again — nowhere is this written, explained, or mentioned before you show up. Instead of calmly clarifying the rules, the manager spoke to me like I was bothering him for simply walking in. I came expecting a relaxing environment and left feeling disrespected and confused. If you want clear information, basic courtesy, or transparency, this place is not the one. The attitude displayed by management is unacceptable and completely ruins the experience.
