I visited the Kaiserslautern store for the first time this morning.
The staff was very friendly and competent; they tested the device with batteries and even pointed out the warranty to me.
I'd gladly go back.

The store is on the small side, but they have a good selection of items. They even have a party wall that had gag gifts or decorations good for bachelor /Bachelorette parties.
The lady who worked there was super nice, very helpful and spoke excellent English. She made me and my friend feel comfortable talking about what we we looking for, and was great with her suggestions. They take VAT forms too!
Currently not open due to remodel sadly google still shows it is open.
